Does your "standard" falls when you see a woman dressed in angora or mohair (or any kind of wool that you like)?

Let me explain why I ask that question : two days ago I was doing my grocery when I saw a lady dressed in a fantastic mohair coat! She was REALLY not my type (read : she was ugly) and I wouldn't have raised an eye if she wasn't wearing mohair... But suddenly I started to fantasize that we were in the alley behind the store... And I must admit that I would have done it (if she had proposed  ) even if she was really ugly...

Supposing that you could have some good time with the person who is wearing mohair, angora or any kind of wool that you like, would you lower (like really down) your standard for a woman (or a man if you are in to man) who wears your type of wool ?

I "followed"her in the store (I am going to eat the same things than her during the next week... ) and I had a few opportunities to touch that coat (oups, sorry, I was going to take the same bananas... ) and it was a fantastic mohair, thick, soft, really amazing!

I know exactly what you are talking about. It is like a switch goes off in the brain and all you want is to get next to that sweater. Touching it to your skin and whoever is in it is 100% hotter than they would normally be.

I have done the same thing myself. I have often wondered through a store long after getting what I went for to "follow" woman wearing, what I consider to be a sexy sweater. I am more into turtlenecks and sweater coats any other kind of sweater, so this time of year I am really getting my exercise. The woman could have a face that would stop a clock, but I continue to follow the sweater. And if she is attractive, I always find a way to strike up a little chat. You have hit the nail on the head Pedro, we have all been there.
Great post!!!

Hah.! (.. I seem to recall this same thread running over at F/P sometime back..!!) .. Had some bloody funny responses to it as well..

.. Not something I've bothered much with but three times now, I've flown long-haul (same route) where theres been sweater-wearing women/girls on board who have provided a bit of unwitting eye-entertainment...

First time, we had a tecnical fault at a tropical stop, where we ended up being put in hotel accomodation... There was a fairly good looking 30-ish woman in a very thick, tight-fit cropped white Aran high crew-neck sweater.. quite coarse, hairy-looking wool..
I guess all her lighter clothes were in the hold.... While we waited in sweltering heat to be allocated rooms, she could'nt do a thing about it; I'm not even sure she was wearing a bra...!!
Her discomfort was quite obvious to a lot of passengers...

The second time, a very stunning young woman was wearing a gorgeous navy mohair turtleneck... looked like a Carolyn Kouppis creation; my wife & I were both in Danish mohair sweaters & we noticed her keep looking at us on & off for most of the journey & particularly at the end of the flight when waiting for baggage.. She did'nt make any secret of staring, but never actually came over, or said anything to either of us.

Then on the third trip, I was travelling alone, & at the airport, was introduced to a girl whose parents we knew well, but she, who we hadn't met,was travelling to visit her folks... It was a late night autumn flight & she was wrapped up in a big white Aran sweater jacket...
This did'nt come off on the plane, & while we were at a tropical refuelling stop, all passengers had to get off. It was about 27-28 degrees at this place, & the air-con was virtually non-existant.. couple of two-speed fans in the transit lounge...
She must have slipped up on the travel packing too, because she sat for the entire stop, as close to one of these fans as she could, without moving, & the jacket un-buttoned as low as she dared... & she WAS only wearing a bra underneath...!!

I have to admit that I just had to watch the self-inflicted situation, hiding a bit of a grin behind a magazine... & left her to it..

Sure my standards would change in a heartbeat. For me it's not so much about looks anyway, but what is going on between her ears. If she has an attraction to mohair then that means more to me than her looks. After all, when we are both wrapped in mohair with our collars unrolled then who's noticing?

What is F/P that Cresta mentions in his post?

OMG ! It has been over twenty years since a women has even talked to me much less have a sweater on. Come on I'm such a nerd and I have a sweater fetish. No way I would have any chance of having sex whether she was ugly or not, sweater or not. I have to live in the real world and people like myself are not acceptable to any women.

Are you serious ? Maybe you are too hard on your self...

I don't know if I am just lucky but I haven't met a girl/woman who didn't accept to wear a mohair sweater in bed for me. Sometimes, you just have to ask kindly to get what you want... and don't forget to ask them what YOU can do for them in return

Been there done that. For me, women move up my rating scale when they are dressed in a sweater. They look much better in them. I've followed a few that I am not have given a second look if they were dressed in a non sweater outfit.
