Great coat, great actress... Never understood why she didn't make it bigger, she even got an Academy Award quite early in her career. Tried to find a sweaterpic from My Cousin Vinnie (she had a great set in red, I remember), but found this instead:

Amazing aran/cable knit sweater coat. They are VERY expensive, I found a handmade one on ebay for $700!!!
