We are currently looking for 2 new admin/mod positions to fill .......

Since Walter has basically moved on, this board is generally without any dedicated staff (admins or moderators). The FurDen admins check in very seldom, so you really do not have anybody of the fuzzy wool persuasion in charge of this board.
Any member who has the dedication to check in at least 2 to 3 times per week and spend up to an hour (usually much less) per session handling issues, replying to posts, fine tuning board parameters, etc is a candidate to be an admin.
A couple of moderators are also needed. Mod duties basically entail removing or moving objectionable posts, occasionally splitting or merging topics, and generally keeping the discussions civil and spam free.
Neither job is hard, but they do require persons who want to see this board continue to exist and are willing to put in the effort necessary.
