Thanks for the advice. I have been getting the pop-up messages of memory problems when shutting down. So far I noticed nothing else strange. Running a full scan now to see if Norton finds it. If not, now that I know the name of it, I should be able to find out how to rid myself of it.

If you wonder why I dropped the "I" in the title on the word "Nice". My I was stuck on that sweater.
